Plant Guarantee & Return Policy
Please read carefully.
All sales are final, unless:
- Plants arrived damaged: Please inform the driver upon delivery and he will be able to issue a refund or bring you another plant.
- Pests or disease: If you see pests or disease within one week of receiving your plants, send us pictures as soon as you notice. We will contact you so that we can assess the problem. If indeed there are pests or a disease, we will refund or send you a replacement plant.
Please keep in mind that pests or a disease can come from anywhere, so after one week we are not able to support refund or replacement.
- Some plants might have a hard time to acclimate to a new environment. If this happens, please send us pictures of the plant and a detailed description of your care routine. We will be happy to help with guidance to assist the plant settle in its new home.
